🇿🇦 South African Afrikaners & Boers: The Original Masters of Biltong and Braais 🍖🔥

Afrikaners are basically South Africa’s version of a cowboy — but with more biltong, a deep love for rugby, and an almost supernatural ability to light a perfect braai (barbecue) under any weather condition. Rain or shine, the braai will happen — and there will be boerewors involved.

Boer farmers? Tough as nails. They can fix a broken tractor with duct tape, a prayer, and sheer determination. They’ll wake up at 4 AM, herd cattle, fix a fence, and still be back in time to make you the strongest cup of moer koffie (coffee so strong it could wake the dead).

Afrikaners are known for their straightforwardness — if they tell you your idea is "baie dom" (very dumb), believe them. But they’ve also got hearts of gold. They'll welcome you with open arms, feed you until you can't move, and make sure you never leave without at least one story about "that one time on the farm."

And don’t even think about criticizing rugby, biltong, or their Ouma’s koeksisters — that’s sacred ground.
